Catching up with Shaun Livingston after his Cavaliers’ debut

In an otherwise frustrating loss to a bad team on Wednesday night, Shaun Livingston made his Cleveland Cavaliers debut. He came off the Cavs' bench to play just under 13 minutes, finishing with two points, two rebounds, one assist and a plus/minus of +4 on the night.

After the game I caught up with Livingston.

I've talked with Shaun Livingston a couple times now since he's arrived in Cleveland and I have to admit he's good people. I am not outwardly rooting for him yet like I do for Samardo Samuels, but I'm getting close.

I highly respect the way he battled back into the NBA after suffering the devastating knee injuries that he did.

Livingston's also a real chill guy to talk to. Hopefully all that plays out into a permanent role as the Cavaliers' backup point guard on the court moving forward.
